Its main objective is to create the political education school Mama T’allas and female leaders in order to continuously and fully train the indigenous women at FAOI-NP, so that they become active protagonists and defenders of their individual and collective rights, invigorating their political vision and project towards good living (sumak kawsay, add qamaña) within the context of the construction of a Plurinational State and an intercultural society. Main problem: Low women participation in decision spaces. Loss of our customs, traditions and worldview. Ignorance of the reconstruction process and the objectives of FAOI-NP. Discrimination. Lack of access to primary and secondary education. Low self-esteem, leadership and public speaking. Male chauvinism and violence. Ignorance of our rights. |
