It has seven regional offices in the cities of El Alto, La Paz, Cochabamba, Camiri, Santa Cruz, Trinidad, Riberalta and Cobija. Among the issues that it supports are: i) Sustainable rural development, ii) Farmers and indigenous organisation, iii) Farming and indigenous economy, iv) Gender, v) Interculturality, vi) Intervention cycles and political action. CIPCA’s mission is: “To contribute to political, economic and cultural strengthening of farmers and indigenous peoples – men and women. Furthermore, from this perspective, to participate in the construction of a democratic, intercultural, equitable and economically sustainable Bolivia”. |
